The Hammer Unions are available either as a complete or as separate parts - Male, Female or Wing nut.

Male and Female are available with either NPT thread or for welding. The Hammer Unions are available for sour gas as well.

 Hammer Unions for high-pressure services feature a replaceable, lip-type seal ring in the female sub. This primary seal protects the secondary metal-to-metal seal from abrasion and corrosion while minimizing flow turbulence.

Integral Fittings are used for connecting surface manifold. Our Integral Fittings are forged from high strength alloy steel, handled by advanced heat treatment technology and undergo strict factory quality control. End connections are union or thread. 

Ring Joint Gaskets (RTJ) are solid metal gaskets and are used to withstand high pressure and temperature, and they are employed where corrosive agents are present. It is recommended that the gasket material be softer than the mating flanges. 

We are offering Hammer Seal Union. Mud tank union is an updated design based on air grip unions. These tank unions can accept pipe misalignment to finish an excellent connecting and sealing, which has been widely used in mud tank connecting lines, and pump suction flanges.

High pressure test unit are provided in working pressure ranges from 10000 PSI to 30000 PSI. These units can be used on site for hydro static test of any product BOP Stacks, kill & choke lines and wellheads.
